The Anxiety Test
We've all suffered from some form of anxiety at one time or another, whether it was butterflies in the stomach before a big exam or stammering like a goof in front of that guy/gal we had a crush on. Anxiety is a natural human reaction to life's stressful events, which aren't necessarily even unhappy or terrible situations - how many brides, for example, get a bad case of the jitters on their wedding day? Anxiety often conjures up strange, overwhelming physical symptoms, but if it doesn't happen too regularly we are able to brush it off and lead a normal life. If it does begin, however, to affect our day-to-day level of functioning, this is when we need to take a closer look at the roots and possible triggers of anxiety.
Your score = 33
Anxiety Score is 33/100
What does your score mean?
Your overall anxiety level appears to be low. It appears that you don't get anxious very often. You either don't have much in your life to cause anxiety, or you deal well with those types of situations when they arise.
