Ok so no more:
Coke (been off it now for a while anyway)
Coffee (gone off it for last month or so)
Fizzy Drinks
I am allowed Tea though so that's good :D
I'm not taking these drinks as they seem to give me a sore stomach (as usual) and I drink wayyy too much of each one. Also I'd like to see if not taking these helps with decreasing the anxiety/stress I have.
